Please note:

The West Warwick Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to R.I. General Laws 11-37.1.-1 et seq., also known as the Sexual Offender Registration and Community Notification Act. These individuals are subject to community notification of pending release pursuant to RI General Laws 11-37.1-12 of the act, which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender's release from prison when the Sex Offender Board of Review determines that the release will enhance public safety and protection.

The individual(s) who appears on these notifications have been convicted of a sex offense that requires registration with law enforcement pursuant to RI General Laws 11-37.1-1 et seq.
